Story Mode Update: v2.2

During the development of Marbles, D, and the Sinister Spotlight, it became clear that Story Mode needed a bit of housekeeping. Changes:

• Major code cleanup and updated documentation for readability.
• Converted all printed messages to rule responses. Add your own text without editing the extension!
• Changed whitelist behavior to allow out-of-world and whitelisted commands in the walkthrough.
